Carina Prigmore (b.1973)

Born in Gothenburg, Sweden, Carina has lived in Scotland since 2001 and is greatly inspired by the dramatic Scotish Landscape. She currently lives in Carrbridge in the Cairngorms National Park which provides the backdrop for her distinctive landscape paintings. She graduated in 2006 with a BSc Honours in Conservation Biology from the University of Aberdeen. Exhibitions include the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation Wildlife Artist of the Year at the Mall Galleries, London; National Exhibition of Wildlife Art, Liverpool; Art and The Animal Kingdom, Bennington Center for the Arts, Vermont, USA.
