The work in this show is a celebration of the natural world. Many months in the making, my new collection captures in intricate and vivid detail the creatures, flora and fauna with which we share our planet.

From lush jungles, to desert super blooms, to underwater worlds; this show demonstrates the wide range of ideas that have inspired me over the past two years. Whilst the subject matter varies, the creative concept behind all my paintings – the fusion of the real with the imagined – is the same.

Each painting is informed by extensive research and, increasingly, real life observation in a number of wonderful and dramatic landscapes. Nature in all its forms remains my inspiration. Colour, detail and imagination are the tools that bring that inspiration to life.
