Atte Laitila (1893-1972)
Laitila studied at the Finnish Art Society drawing school from 1915 to 1918, after which he left to study abroad, initially in Dresden in 1919 then at the Académie André Lhote in Paris and the Academia Espanola de Bellas Artes in Rome in the 1920s. He has portraits in the Finnish Library Museum and the collection of Helsinki University.
